Entry #7

Unfortunately I didn't receive an appointment to West Point this year, so my backup plan is to join ROTC at UC Davis for a year and re-apply. Ultimately, I'm excited to experience a year of actual college before hopefully waking up at 5 every morning the year after next to march or whatever. At Davis I am going to be studying Mechanical Engineering and participating in ROTC. I can't wait to see what other activities there are at Davis, especially any outdoors/camping groups.


For incoming PLTW students, even if you hate the class just do it. It's a great class, you'll meet a bunch of cool people, do a lot of cool things, and improve your college application. My proudest moment in PLTW is definitely competing in the LA County Science Fair. I loved working on my project and had a lot of fun with my teammates.
